Each representative will need some training from their sponsor and a sales kit from AFM. This training and sales kit has special start up rate of only $175.00 for the first 500 reps who sign up. The sponsor of a new sales representative will receive 30% commission for the sales kit and training the new representative. AFM will provide the sales kit and marketing support, which includes:

2. First set of business cards
3. Access to MLM company software to check your sales and your downline sales

5. AFM will email you, your clients, and your downline friendly reminders to change filters, as well as, a reorder opportunity.

As a Sales Representative of Air Filtration Management, herein after referred to as the Company, agree to perform services in this capacity on the terms and conditions herein after set forth:
It is understood and agreed that a Representative is not an employee of the company and that there is no joint venture created by and between the company and Representative, but that Representative is an independent contractor, therefore free to contract with other companies.
Representative shall be solely responsible for the payment of all operating expenses incurred by him or her in the course and scope of such sales for the company.
Representative agrees, as an independent contractor, that he/she is solely liable for payment of his FICA taxes, income taxes and other taxes and insurance which may arise or be required by law through conduct of his marketing representative business. In addition, Representative shall be solely responsible for any and all personal liabilities which arise as a result of his/her activities as a marketing representative.
Representative agrees, as an independent contractor to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any and all claims and/or causes of action arising from Representative's actions as a marketing representative hereunder.
All sales shall be upon standard terms and conditions of the Company as may be modified from time to time by the Company, its directors and/or the president.
All sales shall be on forms provided by the Company and on the terms and conditions established by the Company as the same may be modified from time to time by the Company, its directors and/or president.
No sale shall be final until approved by the Company and evidenced by execution on behalf of the Company of the sales documentation.
